Unlike most distilleries, our journey didn’t start in a warehouse—it started in the world-class bar at Seattle’s legendary Von’s Martini Manhattan Memorial, where the cocktails matter, and the guest experience is everything.

We had our rehearsal dinner here, and it was everything we wanted! The food and drinks were incredible, and the staff and servers were very friendly. The space worked really well to have an indoor/outdoor flow and where we could easily mingle with everyone attending. Their event planner, Kristen, was very quick to respond and helpful with ensuring our event was exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend having your event at Northwest Spirits!
